Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
If you are in Hong Kong, shipping is free for orders over USD 250. We ship worldwide. For full details on shipping times and costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery time
This piece is ready to ship from our warehouse and will usually be delivered within 3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labels, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags, and boxes are intact and returned together with the merchandise;
- the product is in pristine, unaltered, and resalable condition;
- the original invoice is presented;
- a completed returns form is included.
Returns or exchanges requested outside the 14-day period may be accepted at the sole discretion of Claid.
For all returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for ensuring that items are sent back using an international courier with tracked shipment. Claid reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via tracked shipment.

Exchanges
Unless otherwise required under applicable laws and regulations, customers may exchange merchandise once, subject to stock availability.
Within Hong Kong, size exchanges are free of charge.
Outside Hong Kong, shipping costs related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Once the returned item is received and approved by Claid, the replacement item will be sent out by Claid.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the PayPal account or credit card originally used for the purchase, at Claid’s sole discretion.
For returns within Hong Kong, a USD 9.90 handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Outside Hong Kong, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is confirmed to be defective. In such cases, a full refund may be issued subject to inspection and compliance with the policy below.
Return of Defective Merchandise
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at support@claid.hk.
Initial shipping charges for defective merchandise will not be applied. Claid reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the defect before authorising a return.
