Orders & Payments
Yes, claid.hk is a secure website. All payments are processed through trusted and secure payment methods.
Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We accept debit/credit cards, ApplePay, ShopPay, GooglePay and PayPal.
You can redeem your coupon by writing the code in the provided box during checkout.
For your welcome coupon code, you can only use it for your first order with the purchase of any item.
You can change the currency from the footer on any page of our website.
We ship worldwide, but final prices may vary depending on the destination of your order.
For customers in the EU and the UK, VAT will be automatically calculated at checkout.
For orders shipped outside these regions, VAT and customs duties may be charged separately by local authorities after delivery.

You unfortunately cannot pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery, but we accept many others digital and secure payment methods: debit/credit card, ApplePay, ShopPay, GooglePay and PayPal.

Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of those countries with government trade restrictions or sanctions.

Delivery time: This piece is ready to ship in our warehouse so it will usually take no more than 3 business day to be fulfilled.
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. Within the HK, size exchanges are free, while a 9.90 $USD handling fee will be deducted from your refund for returns. Outside the HK, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For more details, please refer to our return policy.

Yes, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the parcel's tracking number that allows you to follow the shipment.
Please note that the courier takes up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.

Our packaging is completely plastic-free: you'll receive your item in a recycled cardboard box wrapped in a biodegradable envelope.
Write an email to support@claid.hk as soon as you can, including your order number and the new shipping address.
Please note that if your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change the shipping address.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, your package will be available at a pick-up point.

We kindly ask you to send us a picture of your package to help us understand better and find a solution.
Returns & refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your online order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in pristine, unaltered, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and supporting materials included.
For returns and exchanges, items must be sent back using an international tracked courier. Within Hong Kong, size exchanges are free, while a USD 9.90 handling fee will be deducted from refunds for returns. Outside Hong Kong, return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Care team at support@claid.hk as soon as possible. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
If the returned item meets our conditions, you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as we process it. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the moment we receive your return.
